At this time we are unable to accept checks via mail or to remit customer funds via check. If you take a photo of the check, we are able to process the deposit via ACH. All customer withdrawals will only be processed via either ACH or wire payment until further notice. Please contact the Finance team for an ACH authorization form.
All account applications will need to be submitted via email (electronically) or through our online application portal. Access to our office is not guaranteed so we cannot check for paper applications in the mail. If you are a broker and your client has completed a paper application, please scan the application and send it to the Straits New Accounts team via email.
We appreciate your business and your understanding of some of the temporary changes during this trying period.
