We provide a fully-integrated service for our clients to access the financial and commodity derivative markets and will continue to expand into key financial and commodity markets.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, including account reconciliation, invoice billing, and payment processing. The role ensures accuracy in financial records and timely processing of payments. The ideal candidate should have a Finance or Accounting background with strong bookkeeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Database Entry & Payments: Update debtor and creditor payments, including multi-currency transactions (USD, EUR, JPY, CNY, etc.), and record monthly expenses.
· E-Wallet & Transaction Processing: Prepare e-wallet transactions, process withdrawals, and reconcile client liabilities.
· Prepare equity, credit facility, and closed trade reports for journal entries.
· Calculate and submit the bank revaluation report monthly.
· Prepare and submit SST (Sales & Service Tax) reports every two months.
· Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance reports monthly.
· Monitor and update payment gateways.
· Perform daily bank reconciliation
· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Requirements
You should possess the following:
· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication, and relationship management skills.
· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles.
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
· Experience handling multi-currency transactions and reconciliations.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
